COMMUNITY RULES OF CONDUCT

Last Updated: October 12, 2026

These Community Rules of Conduct ("Rules") govern participation in the official community spaces operated by Aaroh Chakravarthy - AC Enterprise LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with Darvas Bot and www.darvaspro.com (the "Site").

These Rules are part of the Terms of Service and are incorporated into those Terms by reference. The Terms are published at www.darvaspro.com/terms.

The community exists so members can talk about trading: markets, setups, risk, the paper books, and how the software works. It is not a general chat, a political forum, a religious forum, or a place to promote other products.

By joining or remaining in a community space, you agree to these Rules. They sit alongside the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Risk Disclosure. If these Rules and the Terms conflict on community conduct, these Rules control for that space. The Terms still govern the Service itself.

IMPORTANT: NOTHING IN A COMMUNITY SPACE IS FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TAX, OR LEGAL ADVICE. DARVAS BOT IS SOFTWARE. MEMBERS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES.

1. Where these Rules apply

These Rules apply to every official community space we operate, including:

  • The public community Telegram channel.
  • Any official group, topic, thread, or comment area we open later on Telegram or the Site.
  • Replies, forwards, media, stickers, voice notes, and links posted in those spaces.
  • Direct messages that start from, or are about, an official community space, when the message is sent to another member, a moderator, or the Company in connection with that space.

Private signal channels and the account-link command bot are product surfaces. They are not open discussion rooms. Do not treat them as a place to debate, recruit, or advertise. Off-topic messages there are removed the same way.

These Rules do not govern chats we do not operate. They do govern you when you use our spaces.

2. Who may participate

You must be at least 18 years old. You participate under your own name or a stable handle. One person, one presence. Do not use extra accounts to evade a mute, a removal, or a ban.

You are responsible for everything sent from your account, including messages sent by someone who has your device or your login.

3. The room is for trading

Post only about trading and about using this software to trade.

On topic

  • Markets, symbols, sleeves, setups, entries, stops, targets, position size, and risk.
  • How you read a card, a paper book, or a chart in front of the community.
  • Brokers and exchanges only as they relate to connecting or operating an account you already use with the Service (permissions, dry-run, kill switch, fills, outages).
  • How Darvas Bot, the Site, alerts, and the paper books work.
  • Questions that help someone else understand a rule, a sleeve, or a published result.
  • Documented market facts that change price or market hours (a scheduled release, a halt, an exchange outage, a holiday close), stated as market information.

Off topic, and not allowed

  • Politics and religion, as defined below.
  • Promotion of any other business, bot, signal service, course, or community, as defined below.
  • Personal life, memes, sports, entertainment, or general chat that is not about a trade or this software.
  • Arguments about who is right in a culture, identity, or worldview dispute.
  • Anything that is not trading and is not a question about operating this software.

If a message needs a political or religious frame to make its point, it does not belong here. Restate it as a market fact, or do not post it.

Short greetings and a direct "thank you" on a trading answer are fine. A thread that drifts away from trading is not.

4. No political topics or messages

Do not post political content. This includes:

  • Elections, candidates, parties, officeholders, or campaigns.
  • Legislation, regulation, or public policy argued as a political position.
  • Geopolitics argued as advocacy, blame, or allegiance.
  • Culture-war topics, protest, boycott calls, or political identity.
  • Images, slogans, hashtags, or memes that carry a political message.
  • Links to political news, fundraising, or commentary, even if you add a ticker at the end.

A price can move because of a political event. You may state the market fact in neutral language: what was announced, which market is open or closed, and how that shows up on a chart or a card. You may not add who should win, who is to blame, or what policy ought to be.

Examples:

  • Allowed: "CPI is at 8:30 ET. I am flat into the print on this sleeve."
  • Not allowed: a party endorsement, a candidate meme, or a thread about who is destroying the currency.

Moderators do not debate the exception. If the message is mainly political, it comes down.

5. No religious topics or messages

Do not post religious content. This includes:

  • Belief, doctrine, scripture, ritual, or religious instruction.
  • Debate between traditions, or criticism of a tradition.
  • Proselytizing, prayer requests, or religious appeals.
  • Religious images, slogans, or greetings used as a message rather than as a calendar fact.
  • Links to religious media.

You may state a market-hours fact in neutral language, such as "the cash session is closed for the holiday." You may not turn that fact into a religious message.

6. No advertising of other businesses or bots

The community is not a storefront. Do not advertise, solicit, or recruit for any product, service, or community other than Darvas Bot and the official spaces we operate.

Not allowed

  • Other trading bots, signal services, alert channels, Discords, Telegrams, newsletters, courses, coaches, or "my system."
  • Other businesses, agencies, funds, tools, data vendors, or paid communities.
  • Referral, affiliate, or invite links, including broker, exchange, or prop-firm codes.
  • "DM me," "link in bio," payment handles, or offers to manage someone else's money.
  • Soft pitches: comparing your product favorably, posting results as a lead-in to a link, or answering a question by naming a paid product you sell.
  • Repeated mentions of an outside product. One mention can already be an ad. A pattern is always an ad.
  • Forwarding promotions into the channel, or asking members to join another room.

Allowed

  • The Company, and people speaking for the Company, may post about Darvas Bot, the Site, plans, sleeves, paper books, and official channels.
  • You may name the broker or exchange you personally use when the question is how this software connects, provided you include no referral link, discount code, or pitch.
  • You may share a public market-data source, exchange status page, or filing when it answers a trading question, provided the link is not an affiliate link and you are not promoting that vendor.

Unsolicited direct messages that promote a business, a bot, or a paid group are a violation even if the public channel post looked harmless.

7. How to talk about trading

Stay on trading, and stay inside these limits while you do.

  • You speak for yourself. Do not present your view as the Company's view, as personalized advice, or as a sure outcome. Say what you see and what the rules were. Other members remain responsible for their own decisions.
  • No guarantees. Do not claim a setup "cannot lose," post fabricated fills, or pressure anyone to size up.
  • No performance theater. If you cite a result, label it honestly: paper, live, simulated, or hypothetical. Do not invent a track record.
  • No secrets in the chat. Do not post API keys, passwords, seed phrases, account numbers, tax identifiers, or screenshots that show them. The Company will never ask you to paste a secret into the community channel.
  • No coordination that breaks the law. Do not organize pumps, washes, spoofing, insider tips, or any scheme to move a market or deceive other participants.
  • No harassment. No slurs, threats, sexual content, doxxing, or dogpiling. Disagree about a setup. Do not attack the person.
  • No impersonation. Do not pose as the Company, a moderator, a broker, or another member.
  • No scraping and no spam. Do not flood the room, scrape the member list, or mass-message members.
  • Keep the thread readable. One topic per post. Questions about a specific symbol or sleeve should name it. Large images and voice notes are for a chart or a card, not for off-topic talk.

Members may disagree about a setup. Critique the rule, the level, or the risk. Personal insults and off-topic fights are removed.

8. Company posts and member posts

Cards, sleeve notes, and paper-book updates posted by the Company are software output and community information. They are not instructions to buy or sell, and they are not a promise of profit. The Risk Disclosure applies to anything you do after reading them.

Member replies are not reviewed by the Company before they appear. A reply that stays up is not an endorsement. Moderators remove posts that break these Rules. They do not grade trades.

9. Examples

  • Allowed. "This A+ card on BTC: I am using the stated stop and skipping the add." Trading.
  • Allowed. "How do I turn on dry-run before BloFin sends a live order?" Software operations.
  • Allowed. "The cash market is closed Monday. I am not expecting a stock fill." Market hours.
  • Removed. "Vote for X or the market is finished." Politics.
  • Removed. "Prayer is why my book is green." Religion.
  • Removed. "My other bot is better. Link here." Another bot.
  • Removed. "Use my referral and I will share the watchlist." Advertising.
  • Removed. A chart screenshot with an API key visible. The secret is exposed, and the member should rotate the key.
  • Removed. "This cannot lose. Mortgage the account." A guarantee, and pressure to size up.

10. Enforcement

Moderators may act on any message, link, media, or direct-message report that breaks these Rules. They do not owe a debate.

Typical steps, applied as the situation requires:

  1. Removal of the message.
  2. Warning in channel or in private.
  3. Mute for a stated period.
  4. Removal from the community space.
  5. Suspension or termination of Site or Service access when the conduct also breaks the Terms of Service, or when the person returns after a ban.

Serious violations can skip straight to removal. That includes advertising, harassment, secrets posted in public, impersonation, evasion of a ban, and anything illegal.

We may preserve a copy of a removed message for safety, abuse handling, and legal compliance, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Repeating an off-topic topic after a removal is a new violation. Editing a message to hide it after the fact does not erase it.

11. How to report

Report a breaking message to a moderator, or email darvasbot@gmail.com with:

  • The space (community channel or other).
  • The time and the handle.
  • A short description or a screenshot of the message.
  • Whether someone is being harassed or a secret was exposed.

Do not pile on in the channel. Reporting is itself a community action. Keep the report factual.

If you posted a secret by mistake, say so immediately, delete it if you still can, and rotate the credential. Treat the secret as compromised.

12. Moderator role

Moderators keep the room on trading. They may remove a message that is off topic even when no one is insulted. They may lock a thread that has left trading. Decisions are final for that space.

Moderators are not investment advisers. They will not tell you whether to take a trade.

13. Changes

We may update these Rules. The date at the top will change. Continued participation after an update is acceptance of the updated Rules. Material changes will be posted in the community space or on the Site when practicable.
